Strategycom is a Bristol-based integrated marketing agency that combines strategic thinking with a professional approach, technical brilliance and creative know-how. I started working with Strategycom in 2013 on a programme of support for small businesses, delivered on behalf of UKTI.
The programme was aimed at increasing small business capabilities in marketing, in order to help them promote their products and services outside the UK.
As part of the programme, I worked with Strategycom’s Head of Digital to design and plan a workshop to introduce small businesses to digital marketing, with a particular focus on reaching international audiences. Following this introduction to digital marketing concepts, each business was then offered a one-on-one training day to plan a programme of activity to suit their needs and ambitions. In total, I delivered one-on-one support to 42 small businesses across the South West.
I also worked on the Growth Accelerator programme for Strategycom, working with companies such as Edgecumbe Consulting to provide marketing-focused support, guidance and training.
